New Year , new challenges & dreams in front of us. Let's start with some of them immediately.
Useful tips before falling in depression :)
First thing you really should do is to have courage to step on scale:)
Second: Whatever you will find out , don't panic.It's temporary. Keep it in mind.
Third: Breath in & breath out -couple of times will be enough.
What's next?
Stop eating anything that has something to do with sugar. Especially white one.
No white bread, no sweets no cookies, no cakes..................
Drink lots of pure water and at least 2 cups of tea (green would be great) per day, without sugar of course. No juices, no coke no other sweet drinks.Your body doesn't need it.
GO back to your previous routine that worked for you. If you didn't have any and still don't have a clue what would be best for you find some fitness trainer and discuss it with her or him. I am sure you'll find the way to get rid of your weight and feel comfy again.
So you have 2 choices. Either cry and don't do anything about it or do something and feel perfectly fit again.
Until the time you'll go back to your previous "you" here are 3 tips how to hide your imperfection and still be IN :)
Couldn't pick more to make sure you won't stuck with it for a longer time:)
1.Over sized sweater or T-shirt with some blazer on- look trendy and it is the hit of the season as well
2. Something is sticking out- remember this has slimming effect anytime and on anybody
3. Big scarf covering your belly:)
